At times, even the best writer can suffer from a little WB - (Writers Block). lol Rest assured that I am back with full passion. I had to go through some things so that I could find the meaning in myself and my work. Ms. Buttrfli is refreshed and renewed, and ready to do the dang thing. Be on the lookout!

Poem From Song of Sally II: The Dedication

POPULATION CONTROL

modern day
genocide
brown, round babies
crushed
with the pull of the
vacuum
‘cause the Mama felt it was
‘too soon’
for her to conceive

every day
a young warrior is pulled
from the strength of the womb
sucked or expelled
into a tomb
because someone is consumed
with what they feel is
convenience

they don’t have to hear
the young warrior cry
they don’t have to say
goodbye
they deny the validity
of its existence
because they couldn’t see the feet
or hear the
heartbeat
‘it was only tissue’
like a tumor
or cancer
no gender, no soul
no conscience
no answer

laying on that table
reckless birth control
someone told you “it’s YOUR BODY
it’s nobody’s business
just pay your $400
and we can end this
INCONVENIENCE”
and we say
YES

never mind
that young warrior
conceived by God’s design
could have been the next creation
to rebuild a nation
what you see as the easy way
is actually to control
a population
of young brothers and sisters
who are viewed as a
drain
on the economy
more like a stain
with nothing to contribute
nothing to gain
but what if that seed was created
to save a continent
or to one day become
President

and while the
government
gives you ‘free’ option . . .
coercion
to have your
abortion
remember . . .

the very fact
that you were chosen for birth
signifies that you have value
and worth

so before you create or take life

THINK FIRST

Dedication

I am currently working on my third novel, "Jesse Bell" . . . it is taking so much time and emotion to write this one.

I have decided that when people are trying to reach a goal, they are essentially saying that they voluntarily accept the "Hard Road'.   My free time is dedicated to being a better writer and person.  Those nights when I only get four hours of sleep, I remind myself that the hours I miss will be compensated with success.

I won't go at this crazy pace forever but for right now, I am thankful for the drive.  I WILL be my best.

World Wide Offer - FREE BOOK

I would like to get knkowledge of my books there to every corner of the World, and I would like YOUR assistance.  If you would be willing to help me promote my book in your area, regardless of the country, I will send you a free PDF copy of one of my books.

You giving a voice to my writing . . . telling others about it . . . is more effective than any marketing campaign out there.  If you are interested, please email me at buttrflijonez777@yahoo.com.

Thank you!
